TCMCH Resources - Jeanne Natsue Memorial Library
The Jeanne Natsue Memorial Library is a valuable resource for the faculty and students of the TCMCH Ohana. Over the years, this small library has grown exponentially from its inception as a donation from Jeanne Natsue Moriguchi-Mulcahy.
The library is up-to-standard per ACAOM protocols and has an inventory of approximately 2,000 books and growing, as well as many journals, audiovisual materials, and a student bookstore where students can resell old textbooks. It is an inviting place to study, with a computer workstation, a small couch, and comfy armchairs.
The library’s focus is to meet the needs of the students, staff, and graduates of TCMCH. There is a section devoted to preparatory materials for national and state boards, as well as materials to help each student excel in their coursework through their time here. Our inventory includes not only books on Acupuncture, but on Chinese and Western Herbology, Western Medicine, Energy Work (such as practices like QiGong and Reiki), Psychology, and Philosophy/Spirituality.
As the school’s librarian, I can guarantee you, whenever you are feeling overwhelmed, a trip to the our library will get you excited about your education and give you a refreshed perspective on the amount of knoweldge there is at your fingertips!
A small library, yes…but one with impact.
